Dependent care FSA for 6 months, childcare paid for 12 months

My employer benefits year runs July-June, not calendar year,  and I started using the dependent care FSA in July 2023 (so paid in $2500 over the last six months of the year).  However I paid childcare costs for the full 12 months of 2023 - should I also be able to claim half the dependent care credit for the first six months of 2023?

Yes,

you are on a calendar year regardless of your employer.
