I use a company vehicle for work to visit clients during the week. I also use the same vehicle for personal use on the weekends. I do not own the vehicle. 150.00 is taken out of my check monthly to use the vehicle. It is labeled “personal use” on my paystub. To my understanding, the 150.00 is what my employer charges me to pay for gas on my personal time. Are there any deductions that qualify writing off the 150.00 a month or the mileage I drive during the work week?

No. If you are a W-2 employee you cannot use job-related expenses as a deduction on your federal return. Your state laws may be different.
If it's any help in confidence in the answer - I agree with xmasbaby0. Paying your employer to effectively "rent" the company vehicle for personal use isn't a tax-deductible item.
