deduction missing "other taxes"

on the first deduction summary page there is a $5628 entry for "other income taxes' and yet a few screens later where there is a summary of itemized deductions and income ot does not show up in the list. why? how do i fix that

The $5628 other income taxes should be added in as a credit against your tax liability on your actual tax return or it is additional tax, like Self Employment, that is added to your tax liability. This is not related to itemized deductions or income.
