Deduction for charitable contributions on California return

I'm just about ready to file federal and CA returns (MFJ). Taking standard deduction on federal return, but entered all donations to charity while doing the federal return. Results showed we donated more than $600 to charity in 2021. TT shows the $600 deduction on line 12b of our 1040. When reviewing our CA return, where we will itemize deductions, I see the total for our charitable contributions has transferred correctly to Schedule CA, line 14. However, I do not see an adjustment of $600 to our income for the deduction from the federal return. Am I missing that? Is it an error? Last year I can see that adjustment on Schedule CA Line 22, but it's not there this year. Could it be somewhere else? Thanks.

Deduction for charitable contributions on California return

I think I answered my own question. Form 1040 changed a bit for the charitable contribution if you take the standard deduction. In 2020 it was included in the computation for AGI (lines 10b/10c). Now in 2021, it's after the AGI computation (moved to lines 12b/12c) so no adjusting is needed when doing the CA return.
