Covid-19 Unemployment $10,200 update

I’ve tried to reach out to get a time frame for a desktop update ..... just “we are working on it”.  
I’ve used TurboTax for decades at this point but between this incredibly delayed update and the mess with incorrect bank info to the IRS I am no longer going to be  a loyal user. 
How can H&R Block have the updates up and running and not TT.

so in California, under state taxes in the "other adjustments to income" section should the $10,200 UCE be under the "subtractions" column or the "additions" column?
