Commision vs 1099

I had a booth renter.  She had her own clientele.  However, if she helped me out with my clients (Retirement Community) I paid her a 60% commission on the services she did.

I issued her a 1099-misc showing her what I paid her?  Do I still list as commission pay and 1099 or should it be one or the other?

You would issue her a 1099-Misc for the money you paid her. Since you are a business owner, consider her to be as any other contractor you might have paid as contract labor such as a shampoo girl or someone who periodically cleans for you.
