Child tax

My child tax credit still says pending you may not be able to receive at this time. I more then qualify have gotten all stimulus packages with no issues also got a letter in the mail saying I don’t have to do anything else for the child tax credit unless I wanted to opt out idk what to do

Sorry you are waiting on this!  Pending status at this point means the IRS is still sorting it out.  You can contact the IRS to get more information at 1-800-829-1040.  Also, you can see your payment status at this portal here: https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/child-tax-credit-update-portal.  Hope this helps you!
