Child Tax Credit Increase from $2,000 to $3,000

I filed my taxes for 2020 prior to March 10. March 10 the Child Tax Credit increased from $2,000 to $3,000 for my child. I am short $1,000. I tried to file an Amended Tax Return through Turbo Tax and it is still coming up with only $2,000. I did the updates when prompted. Is anyone else having this problem?

The increase for the Child Tax Credit is effective on the 2021 tax return to be filed next year, not on the 2020 tax return.
