I have been raising my sisters child the entire year for 2020. We do not have any kind of custody order except a verbal agreement and a written statement from my sister.She is my child care provider I pay her in cash am I still able to claim the child Expense credit for both of my children Even though I am claiming her child as my dependent?!!!
