I have been using TurboTax since 1989, which is a few years before Intuit bought it from ChipSoft. In all of these years, this is the first time I've encountered this kind of trouble. Why don't we exercise a little patience? The Covid-19 era introduced some new curves that all tax prep companies had to handle, plus now there is a race among several tax prep companies to be the first to market with their product. Mistakes happen. Who among us is perfect? So my California return was rejected five times and trails my federal return by weeks, this unexpected twist has admittedly has left me frustrated. But I will be back! I've used a number of the alternatives on the market, and in my opinion, none measure up to TurboTax.
I might agree with you if this error wasn't this long lasting. It has been a problem since last year. Why didn't TT fix it then?
I can't help you with that . . . I didn't encounter the problem last year.
