On my joint 2020 and 2019 taxes I took a standard deduction. Can I carryover my charitable contributions to 2021?

If you took the Standard Deduction on your 2020 tax return, charitable contribution you made in 2020 are not carried over since those were entered as itemized deductions and you did use itemized deductions on the 2020 tax return.
Just to clarify, I itemized initially, but TurboTax advised to take the standard deduction instead so the standard deduction was used. Also there wasn't a Schedule A created for the 2020 tax return by TurboTax. So is the answer still the same?
