Cannot efile

I cannot e-file either federal or state taxes. I completed everything and have spent hours on the phone with two different people. One of them had me delete my state tax info and start over. Did that and it still doesn't work. The disgusting part is I already paid for it and the best I get is a voucher for 20% off next year. Like I am ever using Turbo tax again!!!!

Does it give an error message why you can't efile?  Or is the efile rejecting?  What happens or where are you getting stuck?
