Can't input info to generate the form 2441

These steps will take you directly to the childcare interview section of the program:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then tools (see attached tax tools)

3. Select Topic Search and enter 2441 (see attached topic search 2441)

4. Select go to 2441

I tried this but still I can't input information into phase 11 section of the form. How do I input this information?
