CAN'T DELETE FORM 8824 EVEN THOUGH VEHICLE HAS BEEN DELETED

I ENTERED A VEHICLE FOR BUSINESS, INITIALLY MARKED IT AS A TRADE IN BUT LATER CHANGED IT TO NOT A TRADE IN.  NOW THE FORM 8824 STILL THINKS IT WAS A TRADE IN.

You can remove the Like Kind Exchange by deleting the form:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select My Account on the top right and then select tools

3. Select Delete a form (see attached image)

4. Find Form 8824 and select delete next to it

This should completely remove the like kind exchange and fix your issue.
