I work for a Airline as crew. I work in different state from where I live. I only use the apartment for working purpose only. I Go fly/drive back home on my time off. Can I write the apartment off?

No, IF they were deductible, it would a job related expense deduction which is not longer deductible. In general, your apartment would be your tax home so it would not be deductible even if Unreimbursed Employee expenses were allowed.
