You will need TurboTax Deluxe version or higher in order to enter your Form 1099-SADistributions from an HSA, Archer MSA, or Medicare Advantage MSA. The 1095-C is for your records; it does not need to be entered.

However, you may qualify for Free File Program: https://turbotax.intuit.com/taxfreedom
