Safe key? Please explain. What are you trying to do? Who are you providing care for?
Are you talking about the Safekey before and after school program operated by Clark County Parks and Recreation in Nevada? If that's what you are referring to, yes, you can include it as a care provider for the child care credit if you are working while the child is in the Safekey program. See the next-to-last question in the Safekey FAQ.
But only if your child is younger than 13.
Above kindergarten, school fees are not allowed as day care expenses. But if you pay extra for before and after school care, and the care is provided so you can work, those expenses are allowable if the child is under 13.
