How can I get credit for new furnace installed in 2016?

If your new furnace is Energy Star Rated, and you received a form allowing you to claim a deduction for it, you need to amend your 2016 Tax form to add the furnace

I bought a new energy-efficient furnace and A/C in 2022. Am I eligible for that tax credit still? I have already submitted and received my 2023 return.
