Can I finish my 2018 Minnesota state return without completing the property tax refund as the state has yet to mail 2019 property tax statements?

Turbotax says to uncheck the property tax forms box to continue finishing the state return, but it won't let me.  The page loads with the box already checked and it can't be unchecked.

That's because you already have entered some information on the form.  You would now have to click on the Forms icon on the top right, then scroll down among the list of your forms until you come to this one under your State forms list.  Click on it to bring it up to the screen.  You can then scroll down and at the bottom of the form, you'll see three options in little boxes, one to Print the form, one to Delete it and one to Close it.
