Me and my wife are legally married, with no legal seperation in place. I pay chikd support to her which comes directly feom my paycheck. Can we stilk fime a joint return?

As long as you are legally married as of December 31, and assuming you both agree, you can file a joint return. You may need to discuss ahead of time how any refund or amount owed will be divided.
And of course, child support is never tax deductible to the payer and is never taxable to the recipient, so the fact that you are paying support does not really affect your tax position at all, whether filing jointly or separately.
