If you are speaking of the MI Homestead Property Tax Credit filed with MI 1040-CR, no you cannot file it without the form. The form is mandatory in order to file. In some instances, you may be able to file the Home Heating Credit without filing the form MI-1040 CR7 if you call the heating provider directly.
