To enter these in your TurboTax return, go to
>Deductions and Credits >Your Home >Mortgage Interest and Refinancing.
Add your bank name and click Continue.
Enter the basics form your 1098 and click Continue.
Answer Yes to "Did you take out this loan in 2016?"Other fees, like application fee, survey, credit check, etc, are not deductible.
