Can I continue the desktop version of Home and Business on the mobile version ?

For year 2024? I have to file ASAP or I may have to fly to my house 20 hrs away.

Can I continue the desktop version of Home and Business on the mobile version ?

No.   Home and Business is desktop software that can only be used on a full PC or Mac, not on any sort of mobile device.      Only the online versions of the software can be used on mobile devices.
