Can I claim any childcare benefits?

I work at my two sons and daughters daycare. A benefit when hired was that they would discount my childcare 100% therefore I technically do not pay childcare, but this was a benefit and reason for not having a higher salary. There is no amount listed in box 10 on my W-2. Can I claim anything for childcare?

Can I claim any childcare benefits?

IRS Guidelines: According to the IRS, to claim the Child and Dependent Care Credit, you must have paid for care. Since your childcare is a benefit fully covered by your employer, you do not have eligible expenses to claim

For more information, you can refer to the IRS Child and Dependent Care Credit FAQs and TurboTax article on the Child and Dependent Care Credit
