Can I claim a Section 179 expense deduction for furniture purchased for my first time home office where I see client virtually via video (not physically) for my s-corp?
I use my TX home office exclusively for business purposes, and see CA clients virtually via video telehealth under my CA professional license. I purchased some furnishing for the office from my personal expenses and not from the s-corp expenses.

No, it seems like it is not deductible at all for you.
If the corporation did not pay for the expenses (either directly or by reimbursing you), it is not a deduction on the corporate tax return.
Starting in 2018, Unreimbursed Employee Expenses are no longer a deduction on your personal Federal tax return.
