Yes. You have to go to the mortgage interest section and delete the 1098 from there and then TurboTax will stop asking you about it.
Sign in and click on Take me to my return.
Then choose Federal from the left menu and Deductions & Credits at the top. The 1st section should be ''Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098)''. Click Edit next to this section. You will see all the 1098 forms that have been started. Click the trash can icon next to each of them to permanently remove them.
You can also type 1098 into the search bar and use the jump to link to get to this screen.
