Can a trustee use IRS mileage rates to deduct driving expenses for (Indiana)?

Can a trustee use IRS mileage rates to deduct driving expenses for (Indiana)? I am the Trustee for my parents revocable living trust. For 2016 I received a 1099 misc to report the compensation I received for the work I do to over see the trust. My compensation is a set amount each month. I pay for my own gas to drive my parents to the grocery store, church, doctor and also drive to take care of business affairs related to the Trust. Can I use IRS milage rates to deduct all of these driving expenses?

If it is a provision of then trust, then the trust can use the IRS mileage rates to reimburse a trustee for mileage driven for the benefit of the trust. However, if the trust is not reimbursing you for driving your parent, I do not think that you are allowed a mileage deduction. Click here for more information.
