Can a farm that is a sole proprietorship write off county property tax?

Yes, you can claim both real estate taxes and property taxes paid for assets used in your farm on your Schedule F.   Schedule F is the form that is used to report income and expenses for farms.  If you would like more information about Schedule F see the following TurboTax help article:
