Can a family claim an unborn child? The due date for the unborn child is March 18th, 2023. If I don't file my taxes until post baby when it happens a SS?

Since the Roe v Wade got overturned and a baby fetus is a living human, I wonder if the government allows you to claim the unborn baby since is spent 6 months in 2022.

Unborn children cannot be claimed as dependents on federal tax returns.  Currently Georgia is the only state that allows a tax deduction for an unborn child.
