What should be happening is this:
1. You indicate the owner of each W-2 when you enter them. Make sure that you correctly entered the code "W" and the corresponding amount.
2. You indicate that you have one or two HSAs (HSAs belong to the individual, so it is possible for each of you to have an HSA).
3. If you have just one HSA, if the TurboTax came up with the question of "Did [name] contribute to his/her own HSA or the spouse's?", did you indicate where the contributions went? (I can't remember the exact wording, but this gives you a chance to indicate that one spouse contributed to the other spouse's HSA)
4. In the HSA Summary, does the contribution from the W-2 show up somewhere (even if in the wrong place), or nowhere?
