Bought house this year but didnt receive 1098
Hi,
I bought house this year and start paying mortgage from Oct 2016. I did not receive 1098 form from my bank. Can i use closing document for tax filing?

Yes, you can.
Lines 801 and 802 are your mortgage points, which probably are deductible. This information may be on your 1098 too.
See What Information Do I Need From My HUD Statement?
You can also deduct mortgage interest paid in the last three months of 2016. Consider asking your lender for a statement if you have not received one.
