Box 8 shows Westgate Town Center, does it mean that the property is secured by Westgate ?  Can I still deduct the mortgage interest?

You can absolutely deduct this mortgage interest as a second home.

Note:  Mortgage interest can only be claimed on a maximum of two homes (main home and a second home).
