AW-2 Box 12 code W entry disappears

I had the same issue Patricia G described. Desktop download windows 2024.  Going into forms mode and entering the data in the W-2 form showed that indeed the program had only retained two of the four entries, and I was able to add the other two that way. The HSA contributions are now correct later on in the program

Thanks for reporting this, and describing it so well.  I had the same issue, and I’m grateful you got an answer. Correcting the W-2 in Forms mode worked for me

I'm glad you were able to fix it manually and move on with your taxes.  I hope TT fixes this for next year so we don't have to manually fix things.
