As a substitute teacher we have to have a cell phone and internet to get jobs. Where do I list this?

Doubt the business % of those items will make a difference (since you cannot deduct the entire amount)...

If you are an independent contractor with a 1099-misc deduct as an expense on your Sch C.  If an employee (W-2) deduct as a misc expense on Sch A if you itemize.
