Are payroll donations automatically included in my charity deductions?  In box 14 on my W-2 it includes a payroll deduction amount for Charity.  Is this amount automatically included in my charity deductions when my W-2 form was imported?

No, box 14 on a W-2 is used as a “catch-all” for information that is not reported somewhere else.  There are no consistent, well-defined codes that could be used to interpret that information and take it to another part of your return.

You will need to enter the charitable contribution yourself.
