Are Medicare Part B and Part D premiums considered "health insurance premiums"?

Are Medicare Part B and Part D premiums considered "health insurance premiums"?

But if you enter them from your Social Security SSA-1099 they automatically flow over to Schedule A itemized deductions so don't enter them again under Medical Deductions.  

 

But if you have self employment,  Medicare plan B payments are qualified as Self-employed medical insurance premiums and should be entered under Business instead of in the SSA-1099 Social Security Benefits section.
