Are maintenance fees (not HOA fees) tax deductible if I have home office?

we have a maintenance company that each of the condos owners in our building pay monthly fees to. I have an home office in my owned apartment. Can I deduct the maintenance fees? (note, these are not HOA fees, but maintenance fees).
