This is too vague.  Is the actual preparation of a will or trust--both of which have tax implications and consequences one needs to know about--deductible???

I agree with the previous comment. Is help drawing up a will, living trust, or other estate planning document, which can all have tax implications, considered "tax advice"??

No,  legal fees are not deductible.  Once upon a time you could enter legal fees related to obtaining taxable income, but that changed with the new tax laws.
