<P>Over $58,000 was spent on Attorney fees in 2017 in seeking guardianship on mother-in -law diagnosed with dementia and appeal of court decision. Anything deductible?</P>

I entered my biz LLC K-1 income as active involvement. But TTax is still treating it as passive... so no IRA deduction. How to fix? (Downloadable version seems ok btw)
