You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Go back to the Wages & Income section of the program. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Continue. After a few screens you will come to the screen that asks about a foreign account, select NO and continue.
I have repeated this step multiple times. I think it is an app glitch. Was hoping for a work around.
