The only credit for being disabled is a kind of obscure credit called the credit for the Elderly and Disabled. Congress has not updated it or increased the credit in many years, so only a few very low income people can get it. You can check it by going to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Other Deductions and Credits>Elderly or Disabled Credit
