No, you can only include medical expenses that you actually paid in 2016.
As Texas Roger mentioned below, you can also include amounts charged to a credit card, as these are considered to be paid in the year charged.
Amounts paid through your financing arrangement in the future will apply to the tax year the amounts are paid in.
The expenses must be paid or charged to a credit card in 2016 to deduct them on your 2016 tax return.
