Since you moved from overseas to a U.S. state due to military orders and are a DoD Federal employee, you are likely considered a part-year resident. This means you lived in one state (or country) for part of the year and another state for the rest. You'll need to file as a part-year resident in both states, reporting the income earned while living in each location.
