This date for updating 2023 Turbotax for form 5695 keeps being pushed forward.  The form is available on the IRS website.  What is the holdup?

The IRS has yet to update the instructions for the Form 5695.  They still only have the 2022 instructions available.  Until the IRS updates the instructions for 2023, TurboTax cannot finalize the Form 5695 in the software.
