2021 Form W-4 confusion.

The top table chart  (Married filing jointly) on page 4 of the instructions is the table I will be using.  Is the amount that I come to on that table the amount that's going to be withheld for the year?    Say if my income is 61,000 and my husband's income is 58,000 it meets at $5,490.   Does that mean that over the course of 2021 this much tax will taken out of all of my checks?  If weekly pay that would be $105.58 to be taken out of each check fir example?
