2 home offices , TT is saying my split business expenses between the 2 should equal $62,417; I entered expenses of $24,517 for both. How is TT getting $62,417?
My combined home office expenses for 2 homes equals $24,517. However, TT is saying my split business expenses between 2 homes should equal $62,417. I do not know how this number is being figured. When I run review it flags this amount.

Look over your Forms 8829. Part of your home in each case is being depreciated, based on % of total square feet of house being used as office.
Check your utility, taxes, mortgage entries for each home office also to be sure they are correct and that they are not being duplicated in another area.
