1098 in federal tax return though I claim standard deduction?

I have taken a mortgage in the middle of 2020. So my total paid interest is low and standard deduction is beneficial for me instead of itemizing it.

I entered by 1098 data in turbo tax anyway.  Will turbo tax still include & send my 1098 data in federal tax return?

No. If you do not itemize, there will not be a sch A for itemized deductions included in your return. That information will not be reported.
