1095-C; TT keeps saying we had a break in health insurance ; 12 months employer provided insurance. How do I correct this?

Form 1095-C is not required to be filed on the tax return only form 1095-A. If you have not received insurance from the Marketplace, then you do not need this form.
If you had insurance coverage all year, then answer the question yes. That is all that is required.
@Farco
Totally does not answer the question. I am aware that I have to answer the question with an affirmative; turbo tax will not let me correct this and also keeps stating that there was a break in insurance in 2021 and wants to know the cause. Filing jointly: husband does not carry the insurance. Wife carries the family insurance, employer provided. How do I respond / correct for husband as turbo tax keeps stating there was a break in his insurance.
This would not apply to federal, so which state are you filing? Every state is different and not all states require health insurance.
Vermont and again I am trying to correct a Turbo Tax error; the insurance coverage did not ever end in 2021 and it keeps saying it has.
Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same issue. I was covered all year through my husband's company, but TT says that I have a break in my coverage and will not let me file without a 1095-A.... which I do not have because I was covered all year. HOW DO YOU CORRECT THIS IN TURBO TAX??
Go back through the 1095-A interview and answer NO when asked if you have a 1095-A/were covered by an Obamacare or Marketplace plan. Form 1095-C is not entered or referenced anywhere on your tax return. Also, go in and delete any 1095-A that was erroneously started. @volpivet
Search for 1095-A, use the Jump to 1095-A link, and answer NO. If you see any Form 1095-As listed, delete those. TurboTax only asks for 1095-A information - the other forms (1095-B and 1095-C) are not entered.
Today I opened TurboTax Desktop for 2022 to review and downloaded updates (it's a bit late to make updates, but..., I got a letter from Maryland comptroller.). Then TT notified me that there was a break in spouse's health insurance, but this didn't show up 1.5 years ago when I last used TurboTax 2022. I can't find any 1095 forms started or otherwise. I think there's a bug in the update (at least).
