Hello,
My children and I were on the same insurance plan in 2024. I did not file them as dependents. I only received one 1095-A for the 3 of us. Am I supposed to submit this 1 form 3 times when filing our taxes. Also do I select that it was a shared policy even though I covered all cost?

Yes, you and your children will select it was shared policy.
Your children should see amounts on your 1095-A, columns A, B, and C. You and your children should agree on what percentage of those amounts you’ll claim on your return, and what percentage they’ll claim on theirs. You can use anything from 0% to 100%, as long it all adds up to 100%.

If I already submitted my return do I need to amend if I covered all cost? Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it
No, you do not need to amend, but you can if you want to. The only thing that matters is that the totals add up to 100%. So if you only wanted to claim 1/3 of the premiums and each of them did the same (one would have to claim 34%) it is fine. If you want to claim 100% and you did not, then yes, you can Amend Your Return
If your children are no longer dependents and you have not already done so, you should update your policy to remove them from the policy and then they can apply and get their own policy.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate this information
