Your son can enter only the months he shared the policy with you in the 1095-A section. Don't enter any 0's for other months; just leave blank. You will both need to indicate that you 'shared a policy with someone not on your return' and give an allocation %. If you paid the premiums, he can choose 0% on his return and you would choose 100%.
